Trauma Lab is Abynotic Studios' fictional anatomy and physics simulation, published on itch.io by TraumaLab. The public browser version checked on October 23, 2026 identifies itself as v1.19. Its main menu offers Sandbox and Keep Him Alive, while Story remains a prototype reserved for playtesters and supporters. The game models a simulated body and displays changing vital signs, but it is entertainment, not medical advice or clinical training. This page loads the creator's official itch.io player; it does not host a copy of the game or unlock paid builds.
How to Play Trauma Lab
- After the introductory screen and support notice, choose Sandbox for free play or Keep Him Alive for the emergency challenges.
- Use the bottom category bar to select Hand, Weapons, Props, Medicine or Powers. The in-game help lists number keys 1-5 for categories, Q/E for the previous or next tool, and Tab for the tool menu.
- Use the mouse wheel to zoom. Hold the middle mouse button or use WASD to move the camera; Side, Front and Back change the viewing angle.
- The help lists Space to pause, X for X-ray, V to change the view and 0 to fit the subject to the screen. Check Options for remapped bindings.
- Read the tool description before interacting with the simulated body. Use Help for the current build's controls and return to the main menu to change mode.
Trauma Lab FAQ
- Is Trauma Lab suitable for children?
- No. The game explicitly labels itself 18+ and contains graphic violence, gore, simulated injuries, weapons and drug references.
- Is Story mode included in this browser version?
- No. The v1.19 main menu marks Story as a locked prototype for playtesters and supporters. Access and newer builds are managed by the creator, not GameVertex.
- Is Trauma Lab a medical training tool?
- No. The game calls itself a fictional simulation, not medical advice. Do not use its anatomy, vital signs, treatments or outcomes as a real-world medical reference.
- Can I play without downloading an app?
- Yes. This page uses the official HTML5 player. The creator's separate itch.io page also lists downloads and supporter options.
